Castleton Lyons sits on over 1,000 acres of prime bluegrass. The limestone-based soil has proven itself over and over raising a Kentucky Derby winner as well as Champion Standardbreds and gaited horses. Currently over 100 mares and their foals are boarded at the farm enjoying its lush rolling pastures with their mature shade trees. Thirteen beautiful old barns have been restored to pristine condition with state of the art amenities. They carry names like Chateau Lascombes, Tara, Tipperary and Kildare.

The farm has a staff of over 50 and offers both full service boarding and sales preparation.
