Justin Phillip continues to wow buyers at breeze-up sales with his first crop of juveniles as a colt from Eddie Woods's consignment brought $300,000 last night at Barretts Select Sale. Hip 48 out of the Speightstown mare Town Belle had the fastest breeze over a quarter as he zipped around the Del Mar track in 20.3. The colt was knocked down to Kenji Ryotokuji and will race in Japan.
