Son of Bernstein Runs Solid Second Beating High Weight Daytona (IRE)
STORM MILITARY (ARG) (h. 6, Bernstein - Shy Mandona (Arg) by Shy Tom) ran a professional race running a solid second in the G2 American Handicap at Hollywood Park. Guided by Rafael Bejarano, Storm Military was sent to the front, setting a pressured pace and dueled inside only to be beaten by Whatsthescript (IRE) in the final furlong by only 1 1/4 lengths. This placing was most impressive for the son of Bernstein who beat the likes of top class Daytona (IRE) and Hyperbaric. Storm Military is owned by Castleton Lyons and La Biznaga and trained by Bobby Frankel.
