BERNSTEIN Colt Captures the G2 Highlander Stakes
SIGNATURE RED (c. 4, Bernstein - Irish and Foxy by Irish Open) fought hard to gain his first graded stakes win in the G2 Highlander Stakes at Woodbine on the Queen's Plate undercard. Going 6 furlongs in only his 2nd start on the grass, the colt sat just off of the leader throughout and pounced in the stretch to take over the lead and hold off opponents to win by a neck! Job well done by Jockey Chantal Sutherland and a Big Congratulations to Owner Norseman Racing Stable, Breeder Gary Tussey, and Trainer Sid Attard!
