KATE'S MAIN MAN Wins Ralph Hayes Stake at Prairie Meadows
KATE'S MAIN MAN (g. 5 Bernstein - Kate d'Kate by D'Accord) won his 10th race from 36 lifetime starts in the $85,000 Ralph Hayes Stakes at Prairie Meadows on August 7th. Breaking sharply for leading Prairie pilot Alex Birzer, the son of Bernstein settled in a close second before surging clear on the second turn. Pressed by challengers in the stretch, Kate's Main Man got their measure to assert his superiority at the finish.
