STORMY NINGUNA VICTORIOUS IN ARGENTINE 1000 GUINEAS
Stormy Ninguna (f 3, Bernstein - South Nina by Southern Halo) won the G1 Argentinian 1000 Guineas yesterday at San Isidro. With the ice cold Altair Domingos in the saddle the filly swooped late to win the first southern hemisphere classic for fillies with perfect timing, by a head at the wire. Stormy Ninguna is the fourth daughter of Bernstein to win the 1000 Guineas and 16th individual Grade 1 winner to date for the champion sire. Congratulations to her owner and breeder Haras La Biznaga and trainer Roberto Bullrich.
